Lead, motivate, and develop the parts department team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
Monitor and analyse KPIs, trends, and variances, taking corrective actions when necessary
Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development initiatives
Oversee high standards of customer service across face-to-face and telephone interactions
Ensure the department operates efficiently, maximising resource utilisation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall business success
Respond proactively to business needs, adapting delivery accordinglyRequirements of the Parts Manager:

Proven experience in automotive parts management, ideally as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor
Strong organisational skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
