Conduct MOT tests in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
Diagnose vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools
Complete accurate reports on vehicle condition and work recommendations
Communicate test results and repair suggestions effectively to the Service Reception team
Maintain vehicle and workshop safety standards
Contribute to a professional, car-focused team environment
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and fault repairs
Ensure a clean and safe workshop environment at all timesRequirements of the MOT Tester:
Valid VOSA MOT accreditation with a minimum of two years' experience
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently within set timescales and meet targets
