An organised and reliable Administrator is required to support a busy office team in Wrexham. This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, handling enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Provide administrative support to departments and management teams.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Process documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.
Update internal systems and input data accurately.
Schedule meetings and assist with diary management.
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as required.
Support general office duties and ensure compliance with company procedures.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a busy environment.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) preferred.
