Are you an experienced IQA Lead, Internal Quality Assurer, Quality Manager, or Team Leader with a strong background in Health & Social Care Apprenticeships? Do you have experience leading tutor teams, driving quality improvement, and ensuring outstanding learner outcomes in line with Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework (EIF)?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training provider where you'll lead a team of Tutors delivering Health & Social Care Apprenticeships and vocational qualifications while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and quality assurance.

The Role

As IQA Lead / Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of Health & Social Care Tutors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and compliance with awarding organisation and Ofsted requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and support a team of Health & Social Care Tutors

* Carry out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities across apprenticeship provision

* Conduct OTLA observations to improve teaching, learning, and assessment

* Facilitate regular standardisation meetings to ensure consistent delivery

* Hold monthly one-to-one performance reviews with Tutors

* Monitor learner progress, achievement, and quality performance

* Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and quality requirements

* Support continuous quality improvement across programmes

* Promote outstanding learner outcomes and employer satisfaction

* Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and records

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced IQA Lead, Internal Quality Assurer, Quality Manager, Curriculum Lead, or Team Leader with a background in Health & Social Care Apprenticeships.

You'll ideally have

* Experience managing and motivating Tutor or Assessor teams

* IQA/Internal Verifier qualification (IQA, V1, D34 or equivalent)

* Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent)

* Recognised teaching qualification

* Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care

* Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths

* Strong knowledge of Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Standards

* Experience working with Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework (EIF)

* Experience carrying out OTLA observations and standardisation activities

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* Passion for quality improvement and learner success
