We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our client’s reputable dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. Greet customers both in person and via phone, providing professional and courteous service
Book and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance using dealership management systems
Prepare and verify repair orders, ensuring accuracy and detailed documentation
Conduct vehicle check-ins, recording condition and customer requirements accurately
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and obtain approval for additional work
Explain repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and confidently
Liaise with Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and Parts staff to ensure smooth workshop operations
Arrange vehicle collections, deliveries, and customer handovers efficiently
Review vehicle history to identify preventative maintenance opportunities
Support daily departmental operations and assist with administrative duties
Deliver outstanding customer service at all timesRequirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership, ideally with commercial vehicles
Strong communication and customer care skills
Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail
Proficiency in dealership management software; Kerridge or Keyloop experience is advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
