SMART Repairer

We are representing a well-established automotive retailer in Manchester, seeking a skilled SMART Repairer to join their busy Bodyshop team. Flexible working options where possibleDuties of a SMART Repairer:

Carry out SMART repairs to vehicles ensuring high standards of workmanship
Prepare vehicles to a consistent, high-quality finish as a SMART Repairer
Identify and report any additional repair requirements for customers and management
Work collaboratively with the Bodyshop team to ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and repair techniques in line with manufacturer standards
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through quality repairs
Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptlyRequirements of a SMART Repairer:

Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or in a similar automotive Bodyshop role
Essential motor trade experience
A full UK driving licence
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding work
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
