Construction Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager – Managing multiple school projects around Surrey & London - ASAP start for a couple of months

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in School Builds, Fitout and Refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to help out across a few projects.

Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate programme and trades

*

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

*

Working alongside the Senior Project Manager

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous school experience

*

Enhanced DBS
