ServiceNow Administrator - Manchester (Hybrid) - Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a ServiceNow Administrator to work within a global law firm on a permanent basis based in Manchester.

This role will support the rollout, administration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules, including user and group management, access controls and data integrity.
Configure and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge and Service Catalogue.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with support partners where required.
Support integrations with third-party systems and tools.
Maintain platform documentation, including configurations, workflows and procedures.
Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
Coordinate platform upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
Support business users with ServiceNow processes and best practice.
Configure and schedule reports, notifications and system alerts.
Manage CMDB health and support the creation and maintenance of user training materials.

Key Experience
Proven ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD and LSD.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Experience configuring reports, notifications and platform administration.
Experience managing and maintaining CMDB health.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITIL principles.
ServiceNow certifications (eg Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) desirable.
ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
Experience within the legal sector desirable.
