Billing Analyst - Permanent - North East London/West Essex

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the monthly billing cycles in our Zoey Billing System
• Assigning rejects and creating tariffs within the billing systems to ensure accurate billing IDs on all customer accounts
• Supporting client billing enquiries and responding swiftly to resolve any issues, disputes or changes to customer invoices
• Reviewing supplier charges to ensure regular checks on cost prices are correct
  Working with suppliers on any charges found to be incorrect and ensuring costs are properly credited back to CYB3R
• Updating Zoho tickets in a timely fashion to ensure clients have up to date replies and completed actions
• Supporting clients with sending out Statements of Account and applying Credit Notes within Xero

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working with industry leading billing platforms such as; Ability, Cascade, Zoey, or Affinity and solid working knowledge and use of ZOHO our CRM database. please note experience in ZOHO - ZOEY and XERO are must haves' Proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & CRM Systems ( ZOHO )

• Must have a full UK Driving License
• Must be willing to travel and work from the office within a hybrid capacity, minimum 3 days per week in Nazeing this will reviewed in line with our Hybrid Working Policy.

Salary & Package Breakdown

• £35,000 Per Annum Basic Salary
• 40 hours per week
• 25 Days Holiday Per Year + Bank Holidays
• Business Travel Expenses Included
