We are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Experience Specialists to join a large and well-established organisation within the financial services sector.

The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring every interaction is managed professionally and efficiently.

You'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer outcomes whilst supporting the organisation's commitment to maintaining industry-leading service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone.
  • Providing outstanding customer service on every interaction.
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Supporting customers with a variety of account-related and service-related enquiries.
  • Gathering and escalating customer feedback where appropriate.
  • Assisting with the resolution of technical or operational issues.
  • Maintaining high levels of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Following business processes, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative and support duties as required.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous contact centre experience (minimum 6-12 months preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong IT and system navigation skills.
