About the Role
Join a civils project team delivering highways and civil engineering works across the East of England. You'll lead site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to successful project completion.
Manage change on site in line with NEC contract requirements.
Monitor progress against programme targets and report delays or issues.
Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with specifications.
Attend client meetings, provide delivery updates, and resolve project issues.
What You'll Bring
Experience in civil engineering and site supervision, including earthworks, drainage, and structures within a highways environment.
Strong commercial awareness and cost-control skills.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
A flexible approach with the ability to adapt and manage change.
