Rate: £280-£300 Per day
BDLB is currently recruiting for an experienced Dry Lining Site Manager to oversee a commercial dry lining project in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in managing dry lining packages and leading site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations for the dry lining package
* Supervising dry lining teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring work is completed in line with programme and quality standards
* Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site compliance
* Coordinating labour, materials and site logistics
* Liaising with the main contractor and attending site meetings
* Carrying out inspections and ensuring work meets specification
Requirements:
* Black CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience managing commercial dry lining projects
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to manage programmes and coordinate multiple trades
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
