Panel Beater

We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Panel Beater to join an established accident repair centre in Hull, East Yorkshire. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with a reputable family-run business that is expanding within the area.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £42,000, dependent on experience
OTE approximately £55,000 inclusive of bonus
Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends

Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
Working on a variety of commercial vehicles
Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely job completion
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and industry skills
Ensuring high-quality customer service, fostering customer loyalty and referrals
Upholding high standards of workshop cleanliness and administrative accuracyRequirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with a strong eye for detail and quality
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
NVQ Level 3 qualification or extensive experience in a similar role
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
