Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience before pursuing a career in psychology, mental health or education? This Mental Health Support Worker role is ideal for anyone considering Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language, Therapy or CAMHS.

The Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:

Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
Support personalised learning and behaviour strategies
Building positive relationships with staff and children
Encourage emotional regulation, confidence and positive behaviour
Providing 1-1 and small group support for children with Mental Health needsAbout You
