In the Medical Receptionist role, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage digital triage queries and supporting customers to use new online systems
Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately
Provide admin support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily
Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and helping resolve issues in a positive manner
To be successful, you will need:
Strong reception and administration experience, ideally gained in a busy environment
Confident IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly (EMIS experience highly desirable)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict calmly and professionally
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to bring positivity to challenging situations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
This is a part-time temporay ongoing position working Mondays and Fridays, with shifts operating between 8:00am and 6:30pm. You may be required to start earlier or finish later within these hours, depending on operational requirements.
The role offers £13.30 per hour, weekly pay, holiday accrual, and is based in Conwy.
