Operations Manager

Operations Manager – International Manufacturer
We're working with a market-leading international manufacturer looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a successful product division. This is a broad, highly visible role covering supply chain, inventory, supplier relationships and continuous improvement, supporting growth across the UK and Europe.
What You'll Be Doing

Develop inventory and stock plans to ensure product availability, while driving supply chain efficiency, service improvements and cost optimisation
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
Monitor performance, manage KPI reporting and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with finance, sales and logistics while supporting quality standards and compliance What We're Looking For
You'll likely be an Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement & Operations, or Commercial Operations Manager, with:

Manufacturing or product-based industry experience
Supplier relationship, inventory and stock planning expertise
Strong commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and advanced Excel skills Experience within furniture, interiors, education products or workplace solutions is a bonus, not essential.
