We are currently looking for a DV Cleared Mechanical Supervisor for our client on a project based in AWE, Reading

Type: Contract

Job location: AWE, Reading

Start Date: 10/08/2026

Duration: 8 weeks with the potential to be extended

Rate: £350 Day Rate (potential overtime available) (£43.75ph)

Pay Type: CIS

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm

Essential Requirements: Must hold current DV Clearance, SMSTS, and NVQ level 3 in relevant trade

Duties: Conduct daily safety briefings, review work permits, risk assessments and method statements. Ensure compliance with site safety rules, update daily progress reports and work records.

Measure, mark out, and prepare pipework for installation. Install carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, plastic, or specialist nuclear piping systems. Assemble pipe spools, valves, flanges, supports, and fittings.
