Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Onsite Coordinator to support workforce readiness, training coordination, and contractor management activities across their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training plans for new hires with Resource Managers, PMO, and Training teams.
Lead weekly training meetings and support monthly contractor meetings.
Organise internal and external training requirements, including GWO, MEWP, Forklift, Telehandler, medicals, and other site-specific training.
Maintain workforce, contractor, and technician records within Smartsheet and Excel trackers.
Raise and monitor purchase orders relating to training and medical requirements.
Support contractor onboarding, workforce updates, and day-to-day site coordination activities.
Liaise with external training providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce compliance and readiness.
Essential Experience
Previous experience in a Coordinator, Training Administrator, Workforce Support, or Contractor Management role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience within Wind, Renewable Energy, Offshore, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
Knowledge of GWO, medicals, site access requirements, and workforce compliance processes.
Experience using Smartsheet.
