We are seeking a resilient and committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming school in Hackney.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience supporting children with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, patient, and consistent approach
The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Experience working within a school or alternative provision setting (desirable)This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, starting in September.
