Join a Leading Commercial Team Delivering Major Infrastructure Projects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major engineering and infrastructure projects across the Taunton and Bristol region.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value projects while contributing to cost management, commercial performance and contractual compliance within a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare commercial reports and contractual documentation.
Manage subcontractor quotations, valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
Monitor commercial risks and maintain project risk registers.
Assist with compensation events and contract administration.
Produce financial forecasts and cost reports.
Support commercial process improvements.
Attend project meetings and provide commercial advice.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, rail, civil engineering or construction.
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
Experience managing subcontractor accounts.
Excellent financial reporting and forecasting skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
