Mechanical Site Manager – Role Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a 1.5-year project.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all mechanical services on site, including:
* Plumbing
* Ventilation
* Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Air Conditioning (AC)
* Oversee the day-to-day coordination of mechanical works.
* Order and manage materials to ensure the programme is maintained.
* Attend and contribute to daily site coordination meetings.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements, including delivering toolbox talks and maintaining a safe working environment.
* Monitor the quality of installation works and complete sign-offs using our in-house quality assurance procedures.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the programme and project specifications.
* Liaise with the client, main contractor, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial or high-end residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, ventilation, BMS, and air conditioning installations.
* Previous experience delivering Passivhaus projects is essential.
* Good understanding of current health and safety legislation.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage programmes, labour, quality, and materials effectively.

* Approximately 18 months (1.5 years)
