Employment Lawyer (Remote) – Temporary Contract Until October
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: £55.00 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: Temporary, until October
Hours: Full-time (flexible working hours may be considered)
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our client's legal team on a temporary basis until October. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified employment law professional to work remotely, providing high-quality legal advice and support on a broad range of employment matters.
### Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Advise on disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy and dismissal processes.
Support complex employee relations cases and employment tribunal claims.
Draft, review and negotiate employment-related documentation, including contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice.
### About You
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with significant employment law experience.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
Experience advising public sector organisations is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage a varied caseload independently and work effectively in a remote environment.
