Cover Supervisor
Location: Liverpool | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
We are working in partnership with a number of well-established secondary schools across Liverpool, including schools within a highly respected multi-academy trust, to recruit enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people in the UK to gain valuable classroom experience, support student achievement, and become part of welcoming and supportive school communities.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subject areas in the absence of the class teacher
Ensure students remain engaged, focused, and productive throughout lessons
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies and expectations
Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement, progress, and behaviour
Work closely with teachers and support staff to help maintain a positive learning environment
Support students' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development

A degree or strong educational background
Confidence in leading a classroom and working independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to supporting students and staff
A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting the welfare of children and young people
