Location: Cirencester
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 4-Day Week (39 Hours) with Overtime Available
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled or semi-skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to join a busy and growing production environment. This role is ideal for an individual with powder coating experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and is keen to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Working with a modern powder coating system, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring equipment operates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Apply powder coatings to products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish.
Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor coating quality and carry out visual inspections to ensure standards are met.
Identify, investigate, and resolve coating and production issues.
Support the development and optimisation of powder coating processes.
Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
Assist in developing and refining paint schemes and application methods.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
Work closely with production colleagues to achieve quality and productivity targets.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a similar finishing environment.
Good understanding of powder coating processes and equipment operation.
Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot production issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
