Astute's Nuclear Team is partnering with a leading engineering and logistics business that supports the UK's critical infrastructure projects to recruit a Commercial Project Coordinator for its Hinkley Point C team.
The strategically important Commercial Project Coordinator role comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000, performance-related bonus, enhanced pension, private healthcare and excellent career development opportunities.

Responsibilities and duties of the Commercial Project Coordinator role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will:
Support Commercial and Project Managers with budget tracking, cost control and project forecasting.
Assist in preparing commercial reports, dashboards and performance insights to support decision making.
Coordinate and submit applications for payment, ensuring supporting documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Work closely with commercial, project and finance teams to ensure financial data is aligned and accurate.
Track project variations and support change control and contractual administration processes.
Maintain CRM systems, commercial reporting pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Ensure commercial procedures are followed, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
Liaise with finance teams to support invoicing, reporting and governance activities.
Provide general commercial and project administration support across multiple infrastructure projects.
This role is based on site at Hinkley Point C Monday to Friday
Professional qualifications No qualifications required but we are looking for someone with the following experience:
Previous experience in a Commercial Project Coordinator, Commercial Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
Experience supporting project budgets, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Good understanding of cost control processes within project-based environments.
Experience preparing commercial reports, dashboards and performance data.
Exposure to CRM systems and maintaining accurate commercial information.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across commercial, finance and operational teams.
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or logistics would be advantageous.
Personal skills
The Commercial Project Coordinator role would suit someone who has:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to commercial administration.
