Full Stack Developer (Angular)

The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality software applications using modern Java technologies.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, web services and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, to support coding, testing, code reviews and delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and deliver technical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practice.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to Agile delivery and ongoing technical development.

What you bring

• At least 8 years' commercial software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience developing full stack applications using Java and Angular.
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude or similar, within the software development life cycle.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, SQL and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
