As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build your own specialist market while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Business development and generating new opportunities
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
Managing vacancies from start to finish
Working towards targets in a fast-paced sales environment
