Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their friendly and supportive team. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or simply enjoy practical, hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience using hand or power tools is advantageous, and a qualification in Engineering, Mechanics, Carpentry, or a similar practical discipline would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the assembly, preparation, finishing, and inspection of high-quality products. Duties will include:
. Assisting with the assembly and finishing of moulded components to high quality standards.
. Preparing mouldings in line with production schedules.
. Supporting the preparation and bonding of products.
. Carrying out cutting, grinding, and finishing processes.
. Producing sub-assemblies as required.
The ideal applicant will have:
. A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude.
. Previous experience using hand tools or power tools would be advantageous.
. A qualification in Engineering, Mechanics, Carpentry, or a related subject would be beneficial but is not essential.
. Manufacturing, assembly, production, engineering, or workshop experience is desirable but not essential.
. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
. Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
. Strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
