Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry, in a supervisor/team leader position.

Job Description

Improve production efficiency by reducing downtime and waste
Maintain high quality standards through SOP compliance, operator training, and quality monitoring.
Lead and engage the team through daily shift briefings, performance management and employee support.
Drive improvements by reducing inefficiencies and maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Previously worked in a Production Supervisor role or similar within the automotive industry
Experience managing a team, including performance management
Excellent communication and problem-solving
