Are you a self starting, motivated Manufacturing Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or NPI Manager with a strong background in manufacturing engineering, device manufacturing, NPI industrialisation, continuous improvement or similar, who is looking to join a global organisation that produces cutting edge technologies within a state-of-the-art facility, where you can shape and mould the manufacturing processes of the business while bringing new products from concept through to manufacture and distribution?

You will also help to develop the companies manufacturing engineering strategy, be the site technical authority for manufacturing processes and industrialisation, drive manufacturing cost reduction, lead aspects of NPI, CAPEX and continuous improvement.

Proven experience leading Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Industrialisation and Continuous Improvement activities
Experience with Device Manufacturing
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, CAPEX, ERP, DFM, Maintenance Scheduling and Production Planning
