Project Manager – Small Works
TXM Recruit are looking for An experienced construction Project Manage to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and to client specification. The project will vary in size and complexity. You will be required to travel within the UK as per business requirements to deliver projects in various UK locations.
Schedule – Monday to Friday remote with travel and staying away expected
Salary - Up to 55k + Car or Allowance
Location - Yorkshire Coverage, Remote working accepted.
Extras – Bonuses Structure (can discuss verbally)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver construction and redevelopment projects from planning through to completion.
Manage project budgets, programmes, risks, and commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
Oversee project planning, site setup, and construction delivery.
Review and approve RAMS, COSHH assessments, and safety documentation.
Monitor project progress, costs, and regulatory compliance.
Drive stakeholder collaboration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Promote innovation and efficient project delivery.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
