Job Description

* Supervise responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area

* Manage a team of operatives, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

* Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved

* Carry out site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards

* Provide support and guidance to trades, resolving any issues that arise during works

* Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth repairs service

* Ensure all health and safety procedures, policies, and industry regulations are followed

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance

* Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement)

* Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided

* Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, housing maintenance processes, and compliance requirements
