A young person has moved into West Farm. You’re there to check in, make sure the property is safe, and help them understand their tenancy. With your support, they don’t just keep their flat, they learn to sustain independence, manage challenges, and see a future beyond homelessness.
As Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you’re the steady support who helps them develop and hold onto that hard-won independence.
What you’ll be doing

Providing day to day administrative support to residents, managing rent enquiries and repair requests efficiently and professionally.
Coordinating repairs with internal teams and external contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Help residents move into safe, well-prepared accommodation.
Support young people to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities.
Tackle challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or property issues.
Work with partners to find move-on housing options and prevent homelessness. What you’ll bring
Blend essential experience and behaviours:
Experience managing and interpreting numerical data, with strong attention to detail.
Organised, resilient, and passionate about giving people the tools to thrive in independence.
Empathy and patience to support young people facing multiple challenges.
Knowledge of facilities management processes, including the coordination of repairs and maintenance services is desirable.Working Arrangements

Service based role at our West Farm Serviceoffering 18.75 hours
Travel may be required to attend professional meetings, team training sessions, and conferences.Our Offer
