Full-Time
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will take ownership of the PAS2035 process from initial assessment through to project completion, monitoring and funding compliance. You will provide technical leadership across retrofit programmes, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 and TrustMark requirements while supporting the successful delivery of energy efficiency improvements under SHDF, ECO and LAD funding streams.

Description

Take full responsibility for the management and delivery of the PAS2035 retrofit process.
Coordinate retrofit assessments, surveys, design solutions and installation activities.
Manage retrofit survey programmes across the Midlands region.
Ensure full compliance with PAS2035 and TrustMark requirements.
Lead TrustMark lodgements to support funding claims and programme delivery.
Produce accurate RdSAP and SAP energy modelling assessments.
Provide technical guidance on suitable energy efficiency measures and funding eligibility.
Support delivery of projects funded through:
SHDF
ECO
LAD
Future government retrofit schemes
Work closely with sustainability and project teams to improve retrofit delivery standards.
Manage quality assurance processes for internal and external assessors.
Implement and oversee survey audit programmes.
Build strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities and key stakeholders.
Continuously improve customer journey and resident engagement processes.
Monitor project performance, quality and compliance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Retrofit Coordinator
Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
OCDEA Qualification
Full UK Driving Licence

Essential Experience

Strong working knowledge of PAS2035 requirements.
Proven experience managing retrofit and survey processes.
Experience working on SHDF, ECO and LAD funded projects.
Strong understanding of domestic energy efficiency measures.
Experience managing technical teams or delivery partners.
Knowledge of TrustMark compliance and lodgement procedures.
Experience producing or reviewing RdSAP and SAP calculations.
Minimum 5 years' experience within construction, housing, sustainability or retrofit sectors.
