Carpenter Multi Trader

Job Description

* Carry out responsive maintenance and building compliance works across occupied and void social housing properties

* Complete a range of multi-trade repairs, with Carpentry as the primary trade

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

* Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes

* Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, ideally with Carpentry as your primary trade

* Previous experience working within the social housing sector

* Valid CSCS Card

* Recognised trade qualification, apprenticeship, or NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence
