Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next challenge within a growing and dynamic organisation?
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team, supporting users across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft technologies experience who enjoys a varied role combining desktop support, infrastructure administration, and occasional site visits.

The Role as an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both 1st and 2nd Line support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's IT systems and services. Based primarily at the company's Head Office, and will be part of a team to deliver excellant internal service.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide 1st–3rd line IT & AV support across a Microsoft environment.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra and Windows technologies.
Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and end-user devices.
Support hybrid meeting rooms, conferencing systems and AV equipment.
Assist with network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi and IT upgrades.
Maintain IT security, assist with cyber security and incident response.
Deliver IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
Support telephony, email systems and business applications.
Provide excellent customer support, training and technical documentation.
Participate in an on-call rota and support occasional out-of-hours work.Details
