Working Pattern: 15 hours per week
Any 2 or 3 days between Mon – Fri
Between the hours of 9am & 5pm
Pay Banding: Band 3 – £14.05 per hour
Trust: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust
The postholder must have the following experience:
Secretarial experience
Diary Management experience
Minute Taking experience
Job Description
We are looking for a conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support the Autism Intensive Support Team (AIS) at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of the clinical teams and service users.
The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, minute taking, filing and other general administrative office duties.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
