Job description
* Provide high-quality cleaning across communal areas of Independent Living schemes
* Complete scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks to maintain excellent standards
* Operate and manage the on-site laundry service where applicable
* Carry out weekly water outlet flushing and assist with compliance tasks, including fire alarm testing
* Report maintenance issues, health & safety concerns and customer welfare matters
* Maintain cleaning supplies and support the upkeep of communal facilities and guest rooms
* Deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer queries
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment
Requirements
* Previous professional cleaning experience
* Laundry service experience desirable
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
* Basic record-keeping and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
* Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends when required
