The Role
As an MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technician, you'll play a key role in the repair process, ensuring damaged vehicles are dismantled, repaired, and reassembled to manufacturer standards while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
·Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components on damaged vehicles.
·Carry out repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and Bodyshop procedures.
·Diagnose faults relating to electrical and mechanical systems.
·Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently without compromising quality.
·Work closely with Panel Beaters, Paint Technicians and Workshop Controllers to maintain workflow.
·Carry out final quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
·Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
·Follow all health and safety and manufacturer compliance standards.

About You
This role would suit an experienced MET Technician / Mechanical, Electrical & Trim Technician looking for their next career move.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as an MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technician within an accident repair or Bodyshop environment.
·Strong mechanical, electrical and vehicle trim knowledge.
·The ability to remove and refit vehicle components to a high standard.
·Experience working to manufacturer repair methods.
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
·A full UK driving licence.
