We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of our long-standing client for a Warehouse & Dispatch Operative to join their busy team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business in Bridgend, where you'll play an important role in ensuring products are dispatched accurately and on time, while supporting inventory and goods inward activities.
You will coordinate the dispatch of finished goods, manage inventory movements and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing:
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Arrange courier collections and complete shipping documentation.
Liaise with external packing contractors.
Monitor packing materials and support continuous improvements.
Assist with goods inward, stock control and inventory transactions using the ERP system.
Prepare materials for internal teams.
Maintain a safe, organised and tidy working environment.What we're looking for:
Experience in dispatch, warehouse, shipping or materials control.
Experience working with inventory or ERP systems.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
A proactive, flexible approach and strong team ethic.
A forklift licence would be an advantage, although training can be provided.Please note this is a semi-manual role and will involve lifting and moving materials.
What's on Offer:
Salary will be £28,000 plus excellent benefits.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
