If you're an experienced Senior Care Coordinator or Care Coordinator ready to step up, this could be the perfect opportunity. I'm recruiting for a family-owned domiciliary care provider supporting around 150 service users across Manchester and Greater Manchester.

What's on Offer?
Salary of up to £31,000 depending on experience.
£1,500 annual on-call enhancement.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
On-call shared between four people (approximately one weekend per month and a couple of weekdays).

Excellent opportunity to progress your career.The Role As the Senior Care Coordinator, you'll work alongside two Administrators, a Care Coordinator and the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy domiciliary care service.

You'll coordinate care for approximately 150 service users across Greater Manchester, ensuring rotas are covered, care is delivered to a high standard and carers are fully supported. Although you'll occasionally visit the community when needed, this is primarily an office-based role.

Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate care packages and manage staff rotas.
Support the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
Provide guidance and support to the care team.
Liaise with service users, families and healthcare professionals.
Assist with onboarding new care packages and staffing requirements.
Participate in the shared on-call rota.To be successful in this role, you'll need:

At least 12 months' experience as a Senior Care Coordinator or experienced Care Coordinator within domiciliary care.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
