Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford, Kent, TN27 0AX
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term- till March 2027 | Term Time Only
Start: August 2026

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum that meet the individual needs of every learner.

Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom where pupils feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed.

Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress, celebrate achievements and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes.

Promote positive behaviour through consistent, trauma-informed and restorative approaches.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide the very best support for every pupil.

Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement initiatives and the wider life of the school.

Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.

What you will bring

QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
