Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Peterhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out internal audits and compliance reviews.
* Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
* Monitor and report on quality performance and trends.
* Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
About You:
* 3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role.
* Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
* Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
* Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
* Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
