6+ Month Contract (Ongoing)

A fantastic opportunity for a former Police Officer, PCSO, Community Safety Officer, Housing Officer or Enforcement Officer to join Manchester City Council's Community Safety Team.

You'll work directly with residents, businesses, police and partner agencies to tackle anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable individuals and help keep communities safe.

Duties:

* Investigate and manage ASB cases

* Work alongside Greater Manchester Police and partner agencies

* Support victims and engage with perpetrators

* Deliver community safety interventions

* Issue Community Protection Warnings/Notices where appropriate

* Maintain accurate case records

* Promote community safety initiatives

* Drive the partnership community safety van

Requirements:

* Experience within policing, community safety, housing or enforcement

* Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

* Knowledge of ASB and safeguarding practices

* Confident working face-to-face within communities

* Good IT and record-keeping skills

* Full UK Driving Licence

⏰ Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-8pm.
