Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Package Manager in Milford Haven for a Tier 1 contractor.

Experience of delivering major construction projects, ideally in excess of £60m, would be advantageous. As a key member of the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a designated package of works, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved while coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential

* Experience managing construction packages on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of site operations, construction sequencing and subcontractor management.

* Ability to coordinate multiple trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

* Experience monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain programme.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Degree-qualified or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Studies or a related discipline.

* SMSTS and CSCS (Black or White card) as a minimum.

Desirable

* Experience working under NEC forms of contract.

* EL1 Security Clearance.

* BPSS.

* Experience working within secure or high-compliance environments.

* First Aid at Work qualification
