Are you an experienced Facilities and Health & Safety professional looking to take ownership of a diverse operational role? A leading organisation is seeking a Facilities & Health & Safety Manager to oversee facilities management, health and safety compliance, and operational support services across a busy manufacturing and office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small team while driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

The Role As the Facilities & Health & Safety Manager, you'll:

Lead the company's Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and best practice.
Manage all facilities operations, including building maintenance, utilities, energy contracts and planned repairs.
Oversee essential site services including steam generation, compressed air and chilled water systems.
Monitor facilities budgets, manage supplier contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular health and safety audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
Investigate accidents and incidents, including RIDDOR reporting where required.
Present regular Health & Safety performance updates to senior leadership.
Manage fire safety, first aid provision and contractor compliance across the site.
Oversee office administration services, ensuring operational support is delivered effectively.
Line manage a small facilities and administration team, providing leadership, coaching and development. You To be successful in the role of Facilities & Health & Safety Manager, you'll bring:

NEBOSH General Certificate.
At least 3 years' experience managing both Facilities Management and Health & Safety.
Experience managing building maintenance, contractor performance and site services.
Knowledge of steam generation, compressed air and chilled water systems.
Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation, including RIDDOR.
Experience managing facilities budgets and supplier contracts.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
