A leading Facilities Management company is looking for a Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join its team at a prestigious static site in Harborn, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a critical environment with a supportive team, delivering high-quality maintenance across a well-managed site.
The Role As the Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias), you'll:
Complete reactive maintenance and helpdesk tasks efficiently.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site.
Undertake general electrical repairs and building maintenance.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards.
Support the smooth operation of a critical commercial environment. Shift Pattern: Continental (6:30am–6:30pm / 6:30pm–6:30am), following a rotating 4-on/4-off and 6-on shift pattern.
You To be successful in the role of Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias), you'll bring:
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
A proactive approach to fault finding and planned maintenance. Desirable:
