Cleanroom Operative
Location: Outskirts of Saffron Walden
Salary: £12.71
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary with an outlook to go permanent
Sector: Manufacturing & Medical Devices
Our client is seeking a Cleanroom Operative to join their growing production team on a full-time basis. Working within a cleanroom environment, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing glass medical devices to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Previous cleanroom experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
As the Cleanroom Operative your duties will include:
* Inspecting glass medical devices for quality and accuracy
* Packing products in line with company procedures and quality standards
* Following written work instructions accurately and consistently
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the cleanroom environment
* Completing production tasks with excellent attention to detail
* Working collaboratively as part of a small and friendly production team
An ideal candidate for the Cleanroom Operative will have:
* Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
* The ability to follow written procedures without deviation
* Good spoken and written English skills
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
* Own transport is essential due to the location and limited public transport links
