Interaction Recruitment are working in partnership with a large manufacturing company based in SCUNTHORPE who are looking for an EXPERIENCED PAYROLL COORDINATOR to join their team on a part-time basis, starting immediately.
4 days per week - 30 hours
The successful candidate will be overseeing and coordinating weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
· Checking the number of hours employees have worked
· Calculating wages and salaries
· Issuing employees’ wages on time
· Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation as per legislation.
· Working with the HR department to ensure employee records are up to date and accurate on the HR system.
· Issuing tax forms and related documentation
· Deducting tax and insurance payments
· Resolving employee issues with pay in a professional and timely manner
· Reporting and auditing of payroll information
Person Specification
· Previous payroll experience (Bright HR and Sage experience desirable)
· General Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
· Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
· Strong interpersonal skills
