If you're looking for a role where your expertise will genuinely influence business decisions—not simply maintain compliance—this could be the next step in your career.

You'll have the opportunity to:
* Lead regulatory strategy across multiple international markets.
* Influence product development from concept through to commercial launch.
* Represent the business within industry associations and regulatory working groups.
* Shape future regulatory policy alongside senior leadership.
* Build a UK Based Regulatory Affairs team.
* Work across a diverse portfolio of paint, resin and raw material technologies.
* Build relationships with colleagues across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing and Sustainability functions.
* Join an established international organisation with a strong reputation for innovation and quality.
About You:
You'll already be working in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals, coatings, paints, polymers or a closely related manufacturing environment and be looking for a role with greater influence and broader international exposure.

* Degree qualified in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biology, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific discipline.
* Significant Regulatory Affairs experience within the chemical industry.

Package
* £60000- £85,000 Basic Salary ( There could be upwards flexibility for the right candidate)
* Benefits
